Convertible Earphone System

The C:03 and the M:02G are components of a modular system designed to be used wit the Acoustune HSX1001 (not included). Acoustune’s HSX1001 Jin are innovative wireless earphones featuring a unique convertible structure. The acoustic chamber housing the driver unit and the wireless module containing the communication components are independent and can be freely attached or detached. This design provides exceptional flexibility, extending the earphones’ lifespan far beyond the typical six months to several years of conventional wireless models. As a next-generation convertible earphone system that bridges the gap between wired and wireless, it delivers a truly new listening experience.

Acoustic Chamber “C:03” Made of Nickel Silver

Acoustune’s replaceable TWS components do more than extend longevity—they allow users to alter the sound character as if using a brand-new pair of earphones. The C:03 chamber is crafted from German silver, a material commonly used in flutes and brass instruments, prized for producing long, expansive mid-to-high range resonance and delicate sound expression. To enhance the low range, Acoustune equips the chamber with a newly designed driver unit featuring a double magnet structure and a thin-film titanium diaphragm dome, achieving both a powerful low range and a transparent mid-to-high range.

Thanks to the high rigidity and precision of its metal casing, the C:03 allows acoustic tuning that is difficult to achieve in standard TWS earphones. Unlike the aluminum C:01, it emphasizes musical nuances, offering an evolved listening experience for users who value sound separation and detail.

“M:02G” Wired Connection Module with Pentaconn Ear Terminal

Acoustune enables the HSX1001 Jin to be used as wired earphones through the optional M:02G module. This truly convertible design allows seamless switching between wireless and wired use. The module’s housing is made from the same aluminum as the standard C:01 acoustic chamber, and Pentaconn ensures a highly durable, reliable connection.

Using the newly developed dedicated cable, ARC83, the Jin can immediately operate as a 4.4mm balanced wired earphone. It is compatible with a range of Pentaconn-supported re-cabling options, including Acoustune upgrade cables.

The included ARC83 cable offers excellent flexibility and durability, constructed from OFC wire and equipped with a 4.4mm 5-pole balanced plug. The Pentaconn connector reduces the risk of contact issues caused by wear, moisture, or sweat, ensuring reliable daily use. The cable is designed for easy detachment and replacement, supporting long-term use without compromising performance, and measures approximately 1.2 meters in length.

Constantly Evolving with Continuous Upgrades

All Acoustune modules and acoustic chambers are fully compatible and can be freely combined. For example, users can attach the nickel silver C:03 chamber to the standard M:01 wireless module to enjoy the C:03 sound wirelessly. Alternatively, combining the C:01 chamber with the M:02G wired module allows for wired listening.

The system also supports the combination of the C:03 chamber with the M:02G module for a high-end nickel silver wired earphone experience. Acoustune plans to release additional upgrade parts, allowing users to customize their earphones and create a modular system tailored to their preferences.

The product includes a precision screwdriver, enabling easy part replacement by removing just three screws, without the need for additional tools.
