Acoustune’s “HSX1001 Jin” is a pair of wireless earphones built around an innovative convertible design. The acoustic chamber that houses the driver unit and the wireless module that manages communication are separate components, designed to attach and detach freely. This modular structure provides exceptional flexibility, far exceeding the typical lifespan of conventional wireless earphones, which usually ranges from several months to a few years. Brass Acoustic Chamber “C:02”

Acoustune’s modular design goes beyond longevity—by replacing acoustic components, users can change the sound signature as if they were using new earphones. The “HSX1001 Jin” features the same improved third-generation Myrinx driver found in the standard “C:01” acoustic chamber but uses brass as the housing material. This choice retains the precision and strength of metal while introducing the rich, warm tonal character unique to brass. Compared with the aluminum chamber of the “C:01,” the “C:02” offers a distinctively full and expressive sound. The exterior is finished with a special anti-discoloration coating, ensuring that the brass’s natural color and texture remain beautiful over time.

“M:02” Wired Connection Module with Pentaconn Ear Terminal

By replacing the wireless module with Acoustune’s “M:02” wired connection module, the “HSX1001 Jin” transforms into a wired earphone. This true convertible design allows users to enjoy both wireless and wired playback. The housing of the “M:02” is made from the same aluminum as the standard “C:01” acoustic chamber, while the cable connection uses a highly durable and reliable Pentaconn Ear terminal. With the included dedicated cable, users can immediately enjoy high-quality wired listening. The module also supports a wide range of Pentaconn Ear-compatible cables, including Acoustune’s own upgrade cables. Its refined gunmetal finish complements the acoustic chambers and cables, creating a sophisticated, unified aesthetic. In addition to sound customization, users can freely tailor both usage and style.

Easy-to-Handle Earphone Cable

The included “ARM014” cable combines flexibility with durability. Its design minimizes tangling and resists damage, making it ideal for everyday use. The Pentaconn Ear (standard type) connector offers exceptional reliability, reducing contact issues caused by repeated connections, as well as resistance to sweat and moisture. Even in the unlikely event of a cable failure, the connector system allows for easy detachment and replacement. The cable features a 3.5mm stereo mini plug and measures approximately 1.2 meters in length.

Constantly Evolving with Continuous Upgrades

All Acoustune modules and acoustic chambers in the HSX series are fully compatible and can be freely combined. For example, users can connect the brass acoustic chamber “C:02” to the standard wireless module “M:01” to experience the brass sound wirelessly. Likewise, pairing the “C:01” chamber with the “M:02” wired module enables high-quality wired playback. The combination of “C:02” and “M:02” creates a brass wired earphone configuration for a distinct tonal character. Each “HSX1001 Jin” includes a precision screwdriver for easy part replacement. Users can conveniently swap components by removing just three screws on the earphone body—no specialized tools are required.
