AudioQuest's DragonTail is a USB 2.0 extender cable intended to be functioned well when a USB device (like AudioQuest's DragonFly or a flash drive) is too big in size to fit next to other engaged computer ports. This resourceful accessory keeps the stress off the USB port over your host device, which allows a clear and safer connection, and keeping stress off the port.

The length of the DragonTail is 4.4 inches, measured from tip to tip, and its suppleness makes it safer to use USB 2.0 devices in airplanes and in other mobile settings.

Based over AudioQuest's Carbon digital cable's design, DragonTail comprises of solid 5% silver conductors, foamed-polyethylene insulation to keep critical signal-pair geometry, and direct-silver plated (male) USB contacts. DragonTail's signal-carrying conductors are controlled to get digital-audio directionality for more enticing sound. Like all other AudioQuest’s devices, DragonTail is manufactured and designed for low distortion and optimum sound quality.
