The ATH-TWX9MK2 true wireless headphones combine advanced driver technology with enhanced noise-cancelling for a clear, comfortable listening experience. At their core is Audio-Technica’s new Pure Motion Driver™, designed for high sensitivity and fast response. A three-layer diaphragm, external magnetic circuit, and stainless-steel support plate work together to deliver detailed sound across the frequency range, while a floating voice coil and precision acoustic mesh ensure accuracy even in a compact design.

Noise-Cancelling Performance

Noise-cancelling has been improved compared to the previous model with upgraded dual MEMS microphones in each earbud, capturing ambient noise in greater detail for more precise cancellation. The system adapts to individual ear shapes for consistent results and includes five preset modes for environments such as travel, work, or home. A quick “touch-and-hold” function instantly applies the best settings for the current environment.

UV Sterilizer

Everyday use is supported by practical design features. The charging case incorporates a deep-UV sterilization system that reduces bacteria and viruses on the earbuds in around 70 seconds. The compact, ergonomic earbuds fit naturally in the ear, and hybrid silicone eartips provide both comfort and a secure seal. With twelve size and style options, users can find the right fit for long-lasting comfort and effective noise isolation.

Call & App Features

The ATH-TWX9MK2 also delivers on versatility. Hear-through and quick hear-through modes keep you aware of your surroundings, while beamforming microphones with Qualcomm® cVc™ 8.0 enhance voice clarity for calls. A sidetone function makes conversations feel natural, and the dedicated app adds further customization, including Bluetooth management and soundscape playback.

With Snapdragon Sound™ support for aptX™ Adaptive and aptX™ Voice, these headphones offer high-resolution, low-latency playback with compatible devices. They provide up to six hours of continuous use (18.5 with the case), support wireless charging, and carry an IPX4 splash-resistant rating.
