New "Monitor" Sound for Both Listening and Monitoring

Acoustune has long pursued the high reproducibility and accuracy required for on-stage and studio use with its previous "Monitor" series models. This model continues that philosophy while also placing emphasis on listening performance—striking a balance between professional-grade accuracy and the musical enjoyment found in classic models. With this, Acoustune introduces a new tuning concept: the "listening monitor," which combines precise monitoring capabilities suitable for professional environments with the comfort and appeal of everyday listening.

All-Round Design with Myrinx EL-B Driver

Acoustune equips this model with the newly developed "Myrinx EL-B driver," an evolution of the original Myrinx EL. This driver focuses on expanding the soundstage and enhancing airiness, while delivering rich low frequencies, natural vocal presentation, and articulate high-frequency response.

The diaphragm features a thin-film molded dome made of beryllium alloy, enabling delicate expressiveness and high responsiveness. This allows for more accurate and detailed monitoring than ever before.

Robust and Beautiful Shell Design Using High-Precision 3D Printing and Metal Parts

The shell body is molded from clear material using high-precision, medical-grade 3D printing technology. It features a high-transparency finish with a custom IEM-like fit. Acoustune uses high-hardness stainless steel for the nozzle and aluminum for the faceplate, both of which are carefully buffed to achieve a premium metallic sheen.

The compact form factor—common across the Monitor series—fits a wide range of ear shapes and ensures a secure, comfortable fit even during extended listening sessions.

High-Quality Cable "ARM021" & Pentaconn Ear Long-Type

Acoustune includes the specially designed "ARM021" cable, made from silver-coated high-purity Litz wire braided with Kevlar fiber. It is soft, flexible, and easy to handle, with a PU-coated, twisted structure that helps prevent breakage.

The connector uses the high-performance "Pentaconn Ear," designed and manufactured by Nippon Dics Co., Ltd. Compared to widely adopted MMCX connectors, the Pentaconn Ear offers lower contact resistance and more stable signal transmission by ensuring tighter contact between plug and jack—resulting in high-fidelity sound.

Additionally, Acoustune employs the Long-Type version of the connector to reduce the risk of sweat and moisture ingress, minimizing the chances of contact failure and oxidation in challenging conditions.

Eartips

Acoustune provides two types of AET ear tips, which also serve as reference standards in its own product development.

The silicone "AET07" tips offer a balanced combination of audio performance and wearing comfort, while the foam "AET02" tips provide excellent sealing and isolation.

New Package Style Using Aluminum Sleeve

This model comes with a compact synthetic leather carrying case. Instead of a conventional outer box, the product is packaged in an elegant aluminum sleeve—marking the first time Acoustune adopts this refined, minimalist packaging approach.
